Lucky Shoe 4-H

What is 4-H?

4-H is an organization where students pick a project, such as horses and work with their animal all summer long. In August there is a competition called fair, held at the Ski Hi complex, in Monte Vista. The students compete in horsemanship (riding), showmanship (leading), trail course (riding through an obstacle course), english, ranch riding, and reining. This is a great opportunity for your student to improve their horsemanship skills, create friendships, and lend their hands to community service projects.

When do we meet?

Lucky Shoe 4-H meets on Fridays April-August.  The time will be be set before April.
