Lucky Shoe Riding Club Horses for Sale
These horses will be used during the 2023 season. If you would like to purchase one you can try them out during the season. Once purchased you will be able to take them home unless they are needed to finish out the 4-H season. If they are needed you can take the horse you purchased home after the season or until a replacement horse has been found. After purchase you can use the horse when ever you would like as long as it doesnt interfere with shows. If LSRC is still needing to use the horse LSRC will pay for feed, and for shoeing.
Steppin
Steppin is registered mare. She stands 15 hands tall. Steppin is fancy broke and has been used for gymkhanas, barrel races, trail rides, lessons, and parades. She does need a relaxed rider. She can get anxious with an anxious rider. She does barrels, poles, keyhole, flags, and goats. She does great for the farrier, gets along with other horses and is easy to haul.

Ajax
Ajax- 5 Year old Appendix Gelding
Ajax is a 15 hand gelding that has been used at Lucky Shoe since he was 2 years old! He was apart of our colt program where he acquired all of his ground work skills, lunging, backing, pivoting, side passing, yielding his hind end and front end, circle driving, c driving, sending, loading and unloading out of the trailer, and being led by the feet. As a 2 year old he was started under saddle where he established a solid foundation. He now has all of the buttons, can get the correct lead, collect, back, side pass, pivot, bend around your leg and more. He has been started on barrels, hauled to jack pots, started on poles, been in parades, carried flags, packed in the mountains, gone on trail rides, competed in 4H, and has started to learn English. He is willing to learn and is ready to be finished out in any area. Ajax is not a beginners horse as he is to fancy broke for a beginner. He would be better suited for an intermediate rider who is ready to push him to the next level. For more information reach out!
Angel - AQHA Mare 3 year old
Angel was started in the summer of 2024. She knows all of the ground work and is great to handle. She can lunge, back, yield the hind end, front end, side pass, lead by the feet, great for the farrier, and can load and unload in the horse trailer. She has had about 30 rides. She will be easy to finish out.

Faith-5 year old Registered Mare
Faith is a cute mare who was started in our colt class during her 2 year old year. She is an in your pocket mare. She loves to be loved. Faith has all the buttons, she can side pass, pivot, back up, get the correct lead, collect, and stop off of your seat. Faith has been started the barrels, poles, carries flags, competed in drill team, gymkhanas, and does great in the mountains. She stands 15 hands tall.
